Getting started

Choose Home or a folder to scan. A whole-Mac scan may require Full Disk Access in System Settings. You can continue with a partial scan; excluded or unreadable items are identified.

Something did not move

Open Review Cleanup to see the reason beside each item. Changed files must be removed from the queue and reviewed again. DiskWright never switches to permanent deletion when Trash is unavailable.

Recover a file

Open Review Cleanup → Recent operations → Reveal in Trash. Use Finder to inspect or put back the item. If another file now occupies its original location, review the conflict in Finder.

License or billing

Keep the purchase receipt. A missing email does not mean a payment failed. Use the verified support contact supplied with the release before attempting another purchase.
