Try the free features before buying

Download DiskWright and inspect your storage free before purchasing. A US$9 version 1 license unlocks reviewed cleanup, app removal and saved comparisons on one Mac. Please check that your Mac runs macOS 14 or later.

Change of mind

We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind refund guarantee. This does not limit any refund, cancellation or other rights you have under applicable law, or any rights provided by Stripe Managed Payments.

If something is wrong

Contact hello@bluebirdtec.com if your license does not arrive, activation fails, you are charged incorrectly or the app does not work as described. Include your purchase email, order reference, macOS version and a description of the problem. Do not send card details. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. A major failure may entitle you to reject the product and choose a refund or replacement. This policy does not impose a fixed deadline on your statutory rights.

Stripe Managed Payments

Stripe acts as merchant of record for checkout. Its applicable terms and refund decisions also apply, including where they provide a refund beyond our voluntary policy. You can also use the purchase support details on your Stripe receipt. Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider; bank processing times vary.

After a refund

A refunded license is revoked. An offline Mac may retain access until its existing activation lease expires. Your personal files remain yours; a refund does not delete them. Free scanning and inspection remain available.
